Kate has a law degree but chose to go into recruitment as she enjoys finding the perfect candidate to fit into a team. She is an experienced Recruitment Manager, having worked in both corporate and niche agencies, and has spent more than eight years recruiting for roles in both public and private sectors across London, Hampshire, Dorset, Sussex and Surrey.
Kate specialises in indirect procurement roles across all levels from Junior Buyer through to Procurement Director. She prefers to delve into a client’s wish list to help filter candidates, putting forward just one or two for interview to save both client’s and candidate’s time.
Kate is happiest when she is by the sea, throwing sticks for her German Shepherd puppy or at home playing with her cat. She wants to learn to paddleboard and plans to get her Power Boat Level Two qualification in the spring.
Chantal began her recruitment career six years ago as a specialist head-hunter before moving to a generalist agency, where she used her own Hatton Garden experience of coordinating the production of items of jewellery to find her recruitment niche in manufacturing.
Chantal is genuinely excited to be working with companies who “make stuff” – an answer she gave during an interview question and, despite it, got the job! After a successful four-year career in the manufacturing industry, specialising in Procurement & Supply Chain, she has branched out to FMCG, Retail and Distribution.
In her personal life she loves charging around on horses, tying herself up in knots with Yoga and googling Corgis. She lives in a teeny village in Winchester with her ashamedly tubby stray cat, Tilly.
